Hi, I'm Thilo and I'm studying clinical psychology and psychotherapy in my 4th master's semester. I am happy to support the health promotion for students and employees of Heidelberg University as part of the Univital team. For me, health doesn't just mean the absence of illness, but the ability to lead a self-determined life and to face life's challenges appropriately. Health is an interplay of biological, psychological and social processes, which is why health promotion can and must address all of these levels.
